형용사 뒤에 전치사 오는 경우 

1. adj + about 
2. adj + at 
3. adj + for / from / in 
4. adj + of 
5. adj + to / with 

 

 

 

1. 형용사 뒤에 전치사  about 

 

be + adj + about + n 

 

ex: 

be exited about(... 에 대해서 신나다. )  => We're excited about the trip. 

be sorry about(... 에 대해서 유감이다.)  => I'm sorry about the noise last night. I had a party.

be sure about(... 에 대해서 확신하다.)  => Are you sure about that?

 

 

2. 형용사 뒤에 전치사 at 

 

be + adj + at + n

 

ex:

be angry/mad at(... 에 화가 나다.)  => why is Ryan angry at you?

be good at(... 에 잘하다.)  => Michelle is very good at math.

be surprised at(... 에 놀라다.)  => Everyone was surprised at my decision to move to another city.

 

 

3. 형용사 뒤에 전치사 for / from / in 

be + adj + for / from / in 

 

ex: 

be famous for + 이유 (... 때문에 유명하다.)  => This bakery is famous for its apple pies.

be different from  차이가 있을 때 (... 와 다르다.)  => How is the movie different from the book?

be interest in + 분야 (... 에 관심이 있다.)  =>   Jay is interested in fashion. He dresses well.

 

 

4. 형용사 뒤에 전치사 of 

be + adj + of 

 

ex:

be afraid of + 이유 (... 에 무서워하다.)   => When I was young, I was afraid of spiders.

be full of  (...로 가득 차다.)  => "Why is the store full of people?" "There is a sale."

be proud of (... 를 자랑스러워하다.)  => You did a great job. I am very proud of you.

be short of (... 가 부족하다. )   => I'm short of cash this week. Could I borrow $50?

be tired of (... 에 피곤하다. )  => "I'm tired of the rain." "I know. It's been two weeks now."

tire => sick and tire 지긋지긋하다.

 

5. 형용사 뒤에 전치사 to / with  

be + adj + to / with 

 

ex:

be married to (... 와 결혼하다.)    => Laura (was/) got married to Greg last month.

be similar to (... 와 유사하다.)  => Brad looks quite similar to his mother.

be busy with (...로 바쁘다.)   => Darcy has been busy with his studies lately.

be careful with (... 가지고 주의하다.)   => You have to be careful with that knife. It's very sharp.

be familiar with (... 에 익숙하다. )  => "Have you heard this song?" "No. I'm not familiar with it."
