목적어 자리에 오는 sled (1. 재귀용법 _ 생략불가)

Who taught Henry how to ride a bike? His cousin taught him.( his cousin =/ him)

 

강조의 의미 재귀대명사( 2. 강조용법 _ 생략가능)
완전한 문장에 + A (끝, 강조 단어 뒤)
I took those pictures (myself). They are great. You are like a photographer!
The resort (itself) is small, but the location is perfect.
I went to a job interview yesterday. I met the CEO (himself).

생략 vs 불가
When her parents are not home, Joanne takes care of her sister herself.
Joanne is old enough to take care of herself.(불가)

Who went shopping with you? No one. I went by myself.
I heard Jill went on a trip to Vietnam by herself. That is pretty brave.
Did you clean up the whole house all by yourself? Yes, I did.

 

on my own/ on your own

Did Ed's mom make him apply to medical school? No. He decided on him own.(= by himself)

Nobody helped us with the project. We finished it on our own.(= by ourselves)

대명사 one과 it의 차이 
one/ ones는 대명사!(해석: 불특정/ 특정한 (그) 것)

My brother has a car, but I do not have one. (=a car)
Which types of flowers do you like best? Roses and tulips are the ones I like.(= flowers)

 

셀 수 없는 명사는 one(s) 불가 > some/ any로
I forgot to bring money. I can lend you some.
Was there more salad in the kitchen? I did not see any, so maybe not.

one= a(n) + n (어떤, 불특정) 부정관사 
one의 복수는 ones one's 
My printer stopped working, so I bought a new one
These are not my keys. The ones on the table are mine.
it=the 정관사 +n  (그...특정)
it의 복수는 they, them their
My printer stopped working, so I took it to a repair shop.
